Freecom DVB-T USB Stick
The following is known to work under Windows XP (Service Pack 2).
First, obtain the latest drivers for your stick here. Note that there are 2 different drivers, depending on whether you use the Freecom Player of some other multimedia programme.
Next, if you have the Freecom Player, I'm not aware of any available updates but, in theory, you should be able to operate your stick using the appropriate drivers (see above).
If you have Total Media you can obtain updates here.
If you don't have Total Media and want to try something different there is a freeware programme (GBPVR) available here. It's an excellent programme - every bit as good as Total Media - and it's totally free of charge! A Freecom Forum user - MarkyMark - has kindly developed a setup guide for those who wish to try GB-PVR. There's also an extensive self-help forum here which gives you loads of help and advice
If you have Windows Media Centre - sorry but I don't have any confirmed information re the drivers/software versions which will work with your stick. I shall post them as soon as I get confirmation.
Now, check the page on aerials and TV licnences.
